Prior to joining Unitalen, Mr.Shu worked in Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP), ChineseAcademy of Sciences (CAS) for 3 years, and accumulated abundant experience on scientific research and development.

Mr. Shu focuses on the patent prosecution in the areas of mechanics and electrics and design application. He has handled hundreds of patent applications and accumulated extensive practical experience. Mr. Shu is also active in the research of patent reexamination system and successfully applied to the invalidation cases.

Mr. Shu is familiar with the legal system of both China and Japan. He can well understand the Japanese culture and provide excellent service to Japanese clients.
