Dr. Peng is a patent attorney focused on biotech and pharmaceutical fields. Before joining Unitalen in 2005, he was a leader of proteomics team at a national research institute. Dr. Peng has a solid technical background. His research experiences involve biochemistry and molecular biology, protein biochemistry and proteomics, vaccines, biomaterials, pharmaceuticals and organic synthesis. Dr. Peng also has an extensive experience of handling intellectual property affairs. He can provide the clients professional legal services including patent drafting, prosecution including reexamination and invalidation, infringement analysis, litigation, and licensing. He has several publications on intellectual property and is one of the coauthors of several IP books. Dr. Peng has been invited to give lectures on IP training workshops.
